With age, the stomach of a person grows, the skin also starts getting loose. The pulse in which blood runs also starts to weaken, but the aging effect can be prevented by Uddiyana Bandha. The person can always remain refreshed and young by doing yoga and performing activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to this bond the eyes, ears, nose and mouth i.e. the seven gates are closed and the soul enters the spinal cord and starts flying. Prana starts rising upwards in the sushumna, hence it is called Uddiyana Bandha.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uddiyana Means ” flying“<\/em> . <\/p>\n\n\n\n

bandha = binding, tying a bond, fetter; putting together, uniting, contracting, combining; mundane bondage, attachment to this world  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standing Uddiyana Bandha <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Standing and keeping the gap between the two legs, bend the knees slightly forward. Place both hands on the thighs and remove the air forcefully from the mouth and pull the navel in, and close all the seven holes. It is an aviation bond. That is, by doing laxative, do external Kumbhaka for 20 to 30 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sitting Uddiyana Bandha <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sitting in Sukhasana or Padmasana, keep the palms of the hands on your knees, lean forward slightly and do full laxative while pulling the abdominal nerves and do the exhaling Kumbh and after that, slowly inhale, lift the ribs up and leave the stomach loose. . At this stage, the stomach will shrink inward and become rounded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In both the methods or actions, the stomach moves inward. Nauli Kriya can be done only through its practice.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
