Arogya Yoga School Yoga Teacher Training Schedule is designed in a very balanced way. It keeps the student in contemplation of the subject throughout the day and allows them to have their personal time. The schedule is the best integration of theory and practice of yoga. The daily schedule of the course as follows:
Daily Schedule
06:00 am - Wake Up

You have to prepare yourself for the day with the enthusiastic mindset so that it reflects throughout the day. Early risers often have very well established sleep routines. This means going to bed early, and most likely at the same time every day is also a practice of discipline in the path of yoga.

06:30 am - Herbal Tea

Herbal tea is effective drink in improving metabolism an enhancing health status

06:45 am - Yogic Cleansing

yogic cleansing helps in detoxing the body and allows to enjoy the practice of asana and pranayama

07:00 am – Mantra Chanting and Pranayama

Morning Class Start with Mantra Chanting Yoga and meditation, Mantra Chanting helps the practitioner experiences a clearing of consciousness, peace of mind, and relief from unwanted drives and habits. As one develops more realization by chanting, he perceives the original, spiritual existence of the self. According to the Bhagavad-gita, this enlightened state "is characterized by one's ability to see the self by the pure mind and to relish and rejoice in the self "The word "Prana" stands for life force and this is believed to be the vital energy or life force that encompasses the body. This also serves as the link between the consciousness and the mind. Once the breath is still, your mind is still as well

07:30 - 9am - Yoga Asana

You will have the explanations of each posture and learn how to assist, how to teach postures Yoga classes, and why postures are important

09:00 am – Breakfast

Enjoy the morning and a delicious yogic breakfast

10:00 am - Yoga Anatomy

Here the Students will learn Yoga Anatomy and physiology relevant to yoga in order to strengthen their classroom explanations, cues, and corrections of asana.

11:30 am - Yoga Philosophy

Yoga Philosophy: This class will prepare students to read and understand Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. Each Friday, students will lead a discussion reflecting on the week's readings. Before class, students should write down one question on a notecard directly related to the day's reading and give this to the teacher at the start of class.

1:00 pm – Lunch, Rest/self-study

Enjoy the delicious yogic Food At Arogya This time can used for either self-study or relaxation Revitalize your body with a delicious meal.

3:00 pm – 4:00 pm Teaching Methodology, Alignment

You cannot claim to be a Yoga Teacher unless you familiarise yourself with the necessary techniques of teaching an Asana session. You cannot effectively teach an Asana session unless you know how to devise modifications for the students who cannot perform the final postures with ease. This class focuses on creating a syllabus that encapsulates important Asanas and the ideal methods to teach them. Additionally, you will learn how to optimise and adjust the poses, as well as some variations for the difficult poses by the use of props, micro-bends, and other easier approaches. This hour also includes the practice of Yoga nidra, where the instructor will gently guides you through four main stages of brain wave activity – beta, alpha, theta, and delta. This meditative sleep technique focuses on reaching the "hypnagogic state" — the state between wakefulness and sleep.

04:30 pm - 06:30 – A Traditional Sequence of Yoga

Practice of traditional sequence comprising Yoga asana, pranayama and Dhyana. Teaching yoga

07:00 pm – Dinner

Enjoy the nutritious meal with love.

08:30 Self Study

Time can used self-study or relaxation

10:00 pm - Lights Out

Note: - In the process of evaluation and certification, discipline is a key factor. Attending all classes is mandatory. If a leave is required in case of emergency, consult the respective faculty prior to the class. Absence without leave shall be considered as an act of indiscipline, which may affect the practitioner's studentship and certification. Any changes in the schedule shall be intimated in advance.The schedule Timings keeps on changing according to the seasons .
